Just in time for the perfect holiday gift, Travis Heim with Heim Barbecue is hosting a BBQ cooking class at Heim Barbecue on the River location in West Fort Worth!!!
This class will have limited seating to allow for a more hands on experience for all guests.
Travis will discuss:
Brisket
Pork Ribs
Burnt Ends–Pork Belly & Brisket
Followed by Q & A period and smokehouse tour
Guests will receive BBQ samples of meats discussed, official Heim BBQ dry rubs, and liquor, beer, wine, etc. will be available for purchase.
