Ingredients
- 1 package of raw Chicken Tenderloins/Sliced Breast
- 1/2 cup of Crazy Bink’s Dry Rub or you favorite rub
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce.
Directions
- Fire up your grill/smoker to 300 degrees. Add wet Hickory chips/chunks off to the side.
- In a 1lb Zip-Lock freezer bag, add you package of chicken with the 1/2 cup of dry rub.
- Lightly shake/toss the back until the dry rub evenly has coated the chicken.
- Using two skewers, evenly skewer the chicken, then place it on the grill.
- After 7 minutes, rotate the chicken, then dial the temperature do to 200 degrees.
- Once the skewers start releasing internal juice, mop both sides with BBQ sauce, then rotate.
- Once the BBQ sauce is caramelized, mop again and rotate.
- Remove once the sauce is caramelized.
