- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Butter a 4×8-inch loaf pan, then line the pan with parchment paper.
- Butter the parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the bananas, yogurt, and butter using a wooden spoon or fork.
- Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the batter and mix in.
- Add the flour to the batter and mix just enough to blend, do not overmix.
- Fold the blueberries into the batter until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
- Cool the bread on a wire rack in the pan.
- Transfer the bread from the pan and slice.
- Serve.
