- Half Head of Cabbage
- 1 Sliced Jalapeno
- 1 Diced Bell Pepper
- 10 Sliced small Sweet Peppers
- 1 Diced Red Onion
- 1 cup of Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut half a head of cabbage, bell pepper and red onion into 1 inch squares. Slice the jalapeno and sweet peppers in to 1/4 inch slices.
- With medium heat, add olive oil and vegetables to a large pot. Make sure to stir/rotate every minute and a half until done.
