- 1 24oz package of Kountry Boys Smoked Pork with Venison Sausage
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 Chili Serrano
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1/2 cup of Olive Oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fire up your grill to medium, then grill the sausage for 7 minutes on each side or until done.
- Julienne the peppers, then sauté in the olive oil in a large skillet at medium heat.
- Add the done sausage and onions to the skillet, then lightly toss a few times.
- Once the onions are done, reduce the heat.
- Add the salt and black pepper to taste, then lightly toss a few times.
