Carne Asada Marinade


  • Citrus juice – Orange and lime.
  • Olive oil – It helps keep the meat moist.
  • Garlic – A star here.
  • Jalapeño – For just a little kick.
  • Vinegar – A little extra acidity to help tenderize the meat.
  • Cilantro – A good bit.
  • Spices – Cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper.


Just mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
