- 3lbs of 31/35 Shrimp
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 purple onion
- 8 Roma tomatoes
- 3 Jalapenos
- 32oz of Clamato
- Rough chop all of your vegetables.
- Peel your shrimp, then boil them until done.
- Cool the shrimp by running cold watch of them.
- Add shrimp and vegetables to a large bowl, then add the 32oz of Clamato.
- Place in the fridge and chill for two hours, occasionally stirring.
- Serve cold.
