Mexican Shrimp Cocktail


  • 3lbs of 31/35 Shrimp
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 purple onion
  • 8 Roma tomatoes
  • 3 Jalapenos
  • 32oz of Clamato


  1. Rough chop all of your vegetables.
  2. Peel your shrimp, then boil them until done.
  3. Cool the shrimp by running cold watch of them.
  4. Add shrimp and vegetables to a large bowl, then add the 32oz of Clamato.
  5. Place in the fridge and chill for two hours, occasionally stirring.
  6. Serve cold.
