BBQ Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the ketchup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, cumin, paprika, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few turns of pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 8 boneless skinless thighs (about 1 1/2 pounds), squeeze out the air, seal tightly and massage gently to coat the chicken with marinade. Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze up to 1 month; defrost in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

  1. Hey there! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from
an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog?
I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast.
I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to begin.
Do you have any points or suggestions? Many thanks

  2. Hmm it appears like your site ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess
I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything.
Do you have any suggestions for newbie blog writers? I’d really appreciate it.

  3. I’ve been browsing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all web owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will be a lot more useful than ever before.
