- 4 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped finely
- bread of choice, for serving (optional)
- Lettuce, for serving (optional)
- Mix the chicken, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped celery together well in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Serve on lettuce or in a sandwich.
