Place the eggs in a saucepan, and cover them with cold water.
Bring the water to a boil and immediately remove the saucepan from the heat.
Cover and let eggs stand in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the hot water.
Allow the eggs to cool.
Peel and chop the eggs.
Place the chopped eggs in a bowl.
Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, and green onion.
Season with the salt, pepper, and paprika.
Stir and serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
