Spiced-Up Potato Chips


  • 3 10-ounce bags kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1 tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ̊. Spread out the potato chips on 2 baking sheets. Bake until hot, oily-looking and slightly golden, about 10 minutes. Dump the chips into a large bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the garlic salt, paprika, black pepper and cayenne in a small bowl. Sprinkle on the hot potato chips and gently toss to coat.
