Bayou Poultry Rub

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp course ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
  2. Rub on chicken and grill.
