- 1 lb large shrimp peeled, deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp hot sauce(Click here for our home made hot sauce recipe)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Toss all ingredients together and allow to marinate at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Put the shrimp onto grill skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side.
