- 2 (3-ounce) tablets Mexican table chocolate
- 4 cups milk
- Cut the Mexican chocolate into 6-8 wedges each.
- Place the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- One the milk begins to bubble, add the chocolate and continue to heat, stirring slowly but constantly, until the chocolate melts. Do not let the milk boil; take the milk off the heat for at least a few minutes if it looks like it might start boiling.
