Mexican Hot Chocolate


  • 2 (3-ounce) tablets Mexican table chocolate
  • 4 cups milk


  1. Cut the Mexican chocolate into 6-8 wedges each.
  2. Place the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. One the milk begins to bubble, add the chocolate and continue to heat, stirring slowly but constantly, until the chocolate melts. Do not let the milk boil; take the milk off the heat for at least a few minutes if it looks like it might start boiling.
  4. Serve.
