Ingredients

- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- 2 teaspoons thyme, minced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk the butter, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, cayenne, and paprika.
- Stir the parsley, chives, red pepper flakes, thyme, salt, and pepper into the butter mixture.
