- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 cup white onions, finely chopped
- 1 pound White American cheese
- 4 ounces heavy cream
- 1 (4-ounce) can green chilies, not drained
Melt the butter in a medium frying pan.
Add the onions to the butter and cook until they become translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
Place the White American cheese and the heavy cream in a medium pan and heat over medium-low heat until the cheese melts.
Add the green chilis and the cooked onions to the cheese mixture and stir well.
