BBQ Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • kosher salt
  • 1 lb. cavatappi
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb. rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 c. corn, fresh or frozen
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Boil the cavatappi until then and then rinse with cold water.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and lightly toss.
  3. Place The mixing bowl in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Serve after 2 hours.
