- kosher salt
- 1 lb. cavatappi
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 lb. rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 c. corn, fresh or frozen
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Boil the cavatappi until then and then rinse with cold water.
- Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and lightly toss.
- Place The mixing bowl in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Serve after 2 hours.
