Baked Ranch Potatoes


  • 2-2 1/2 pounds red potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (1-2 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cube the potatoes and throw them into a large ziplock bag.
  3. Add the olive oil and ranch dressing mix. Toss the bag gently to coat the potatoes.
  4. Pour the potatoes into a baking dish.
  5. Bake until tender, about 1 hour.
  6. Serve hot!
