- 2-2 1/2 pounds red potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (1-2 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cube the potatoes and throw them into a large ziplock bag.
- Add the olive oil and ranch dressing mix. Toss the bag gently to coat the potatoes.
- Pour the potatoes into a baking dish.
- Bake until tender, about 1 hour.
- Serve hot!
